I think that is why I like the resources mentioned in the PBS curriculum. They are presented in a way that make sense. Will have to check out <A HREF="http://www.amazon.com/Teaching-Helping-Students-Think-Better/dp/1419674358" REL="nofollow">the book you referenced</A>.
